WE ALLOW EARLY SET-UP ON FRIDAY (MORE DETAILS AS EVENT GETS CLOSER)

Vendors can leave booths setup overnight with recommended tarping, draping and locking as necessary.

Security will be present in the area, but casino cannot assume liability for lost or missing items.

We Cannot Provide Power. Please bring a quiet generator if you need power or battery operated lights, etc.

YOU MUST BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED INCLUDING BOOTH TENT, TABLES, CHAIRS AND SO ON. WE ONLY PROVIDE YOUR SPACE.

SET-UP / 8:00AM - 9:00AM – Check-in and Load-in. Must have checked in by 9AM UNLESS COMMUNICATED WITH US IN ADVANCE.

9:30AM – Last call for cars and trailers removed from merchant section. Cars move to public parking area behind casino lot (shuttles will be running back)

10:30AM – SET-UP AND Ready to go.

TEAR DOWN / 8:30PM – Clear for Load Out

Your Vendor Space will be in the ADJACENT TO THE MAIN STAGE AREA - WE WILL SEND A MAP OF THIS YEARS LAYOUT

VENDORS CAN BEGIN TO TEAR DOWN AT THE BEGINING OF THE LAST HEADLINERS SET AT 8:30PM
