VENDORS PLEASE NOTE: 
  • WE ALLOW EARLY SET-UP ON FRIDAY (MORE DETAILS AS EVENT GETS CLOSER)

  • Vendors can leave booths setup overnight with recommended tarping, draping and locking as necessary. 

  • Security will be present in the area, but casino cannot assume liability for lost or missing items. 

  • We Cannot Provide Power. Please bring a quiet generator if you need power or battery operated lights, etc.

  • YOU MUST BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED INCLUDING BOOTH TENT, TABLES, CHAIRS AND SO ON. WE ONLY PROVIDE YOUR SPACE.

  • SET-UP / 8:00AM - 9:00AM – Check-in and Load-in.  Must have checked in by 9AM UNLESS COMMUNICATED WITH US IN ADVANCE.

  • 9:30AM – Last call for cars and trailers removed from merchant section.  Cars move to public parking area behind casino lot (shuttles will be running back)

  • 10:30AM – SET-UP AND Ready to go.

  • TEAR DOWN / 8:30PM – Clear for Load Out

  • merchant markeT is 11am to 9:30pm
  • Your Vendor Space will be in the ADJACENT TO THE MAIN STAGE AREA - WE WILL SEND A MAP OF THIS YEARS LAYOUT
  • VENDORS CAN BEGIN TO TEAR DOWN AT THE BEGINING OF THE LAST HEADLINERS SET AT 8:30PM
